Bayou Boy Cichlids
Fish from Africa, raised down on the Bayou
My name is Tony and have been raising these wonderful fish for just over 3 years now
and decided to make this site to share pictures that I have taken over the last few months.
Every so often I order about 10 babies of a single type of fish and watch them grow.
After a little while I have a few extra males. I am just starting to try and sell them.
All photos are of fish that are currently at my house, if sold or no longer here,
I remove them from the site. I do use a flash when I take pictures. Pictures are resized
then uploaded to the web sight and are not alter or modified in any way.
My Fish
2 Cyphotilapia gibberosa (Kitumba) closest one appears to be male,
and I think the other is female
A pair of Xystichromis phytophagus "Christmas Fulu"
and a Altolamprologus compressiceps "Mwela 'Orange"
Aulonocara stuartgranti (Ngara) "Flametail Peacock"
Altolamprologus calvus (Congo Black) pair, male is larger

2 clown loaches tan and black stripe with red tails,
a Pseudotropheus demasoni (Pombo Rocks) two tone blue,
and a Aulonocara stuartgranti (Mbamba Bay) blue head, yellow body
Aulonocara baenschi "Sunshine peacock"
Protomelas sp. "Spilonotus Tanzania" (Liuli) "Royal"
Not showing much color because he is still young, even thought he is about 7" long.
Not sure what the peacock on the bottom left is. Think it may be a cross
the Mbamba Bay again
with the black calvus and a Kitumba gibberosa in the background
